If you are not able to boot the computer to the desktop;
Method 1: Perform an Automatic repair using Windows 8 bootable DVD or USB drive and check if that helps.
Follow these steps to perform Automatic repair
a)Contact the computer manufacturer to know on how to change the boot order of the computer. You will have to change the boot device to CD/DVD drive and then boot from the Windows 8 installation disk.
