Ffxiv Patch Download Keeps Stopping

Every time I try to download a patch, I keep getting an error, it will stop downloading around 500mb to 1GB. It says ' Unable to download patch files. [20512] [20496]. I do not know what they mean and Ive been trying to find help but am having no luck.

When a user experiences an issue while downloading files, it is usually a problem with the connection to their Internet service. Consequently, the best solution is to contact your ISP (Internet service provider) for further information. However, there are a few situations where the issues can be cleared up on the user's end. Many sites that host hundreds of different files keep them on multiple servers or mirror sites. If you have difficulty downloading the file, try getting it from a different server.
