I'm trying to update WoW for 6.0.2, but it seems to be stuck at 242.71 MB remaining, while the download rate is stuck at 0 B/s.
This has been going on a for a little while now today. I'm afraid I may not be able to start playing on Patch Day.
Could someone help me with installation, please?
EDIT: I should note that this appears through Battle.Net Desktop.

Daranne,
Try stopping the download and then restarting the system. Then pull it back up again and give it some time.

same issue im having but at 10GB
There are a number of things that could be happening.
First and foremost you should check exactly which download settings you have currently selected. Several players have discovered that their settings hampered how the downloader worked:
1) Start up the Battlenet App
2) Click on the Blizzard Icon near the top left of the running Bnet app
3) Choose Settings
4) Choose Game Install/Update
5) Scroll down to the Game Updates section
6) See if 'Pause updates...' is selected or cleared
7) in the Automatic Updates section, is 'Apply latest updates and download future data' selected?
8) In the Network Bandwidth section, are any limitations set? Is Enable peer-to-peer set or cleared?
For Pause Updates- there is nothing wrong with having this set, and most people do have it set so as to prevent performance degradation while they are playing games. It is important to note that if enabled, it means that the ONLY time new data will be downloaded is when the Battlenet App is running and NO game is running. If you start the app and then go into a game, and leave a game then exit the app, very little downloading will happen.
For Automatic Updates- the future patch will ONLY be downloaded if the ' ... and download future data' is selected. Until it's set, there would be no downloading of the future patches- until they go live.
For Network Bandwidth- typically most people set the 2 KB/s limits to 0, allowing full use of their internet connections for downloading. Peer to Peer is often left disabled unless you are patching on the day of a major patch release. This is because any other time it will be faster to be seeded directly from Blizzard- but on big patch days Blizzard gets overwhelmed with download requests and thus being feed by others like yourself tends to be more efficient. Be advised that if enabled, not only will you be received patch chunks from other players but you will also be sending patch chunks to other players.
Once you check all this out, someone can help you proceed to check/clear any blockages that might happen due to data corruption, firewalls, etc.

same here , im stuck at 0 b/s ...bump
Having this issue as well..sitting at 135.85mb remaining. Wife's computer is fully downloaded and ready to go when the servers come back up..So not sure what's going on with mine.
I am having the issue too. I have tried just about everything in the book. Disabled firewall and antivirus. Reinstalled battle.net launcher. Tried to mess with the settings and restart the computer. Nothing has helped. I am stuck at 10G left.
Blizzard Patch Download Stuck At 0
My patcher is also stuck at 10gb, security disabled, messed with setting and restarted computer as well. I may uninstall and reinstall both the battle net app and WoW to see if it fixes itself.
Edit: so now it's at 346 B/s still not great, but better than 0. Probably just a heavy load on Blizzard's part.
Edit part 2: Still stuck at 10gb 2 hours later, changed back to 0 B/s

That sounds like the final tiny patch that they pushed to trigger the conversions etc. First thing I'd do is reboot your computer, then relaunch the bnet app. Do not close and quickly reopen the bnet app since this can lead to multiple agent processes and a possible catch-22.
There is also the potential that they are feeding so many people that things have slowed down- not easy to tell.
Blizzard Client Stuck Downloading

I'm stuck at 226.87 MB remaining. Have disabled my security, restarted my computer, reinstalled the battle.net client and messed around with the settings as listed above in Luckylockless's post. No dice thus far; my roommate's got it downloaded just fine.
I have come to this on occasion.. downloading data but no indication of what the status is on the progress bar. There are 3 times that I would have to close Battle.net app, close agent in the task manager and restart battle.net app again in this patch. Get lost should be the most appropriate phrase for the agent.
I had the same issue, tried everything, nothing worked. Restarted my computer, suddenly I'm at Playable. I'll post again if there's any issues, otherwise that seems to have worked over on my end.
Stuck at 8 megs left, 0b/s
Stuck at 1.04gb left, 0b/s :/
My issue resolved itself, sorta. I did a MalWare scan, and found some MalWare. After resetting my computer and opening up Battle.Net, it downloaded just fine.

could really use some more help on this end. Iv don everything and nothing has changed
