HUGE Updates! Every 3 weeks or so I have to uninstall the game, clean registry, re-install the game, defrag computer, and wait patiently for game to connect/load. Once in there is wacked out teaming (always the little tier against 2+ higher tiers), piss poor accuracy main guns, invisible enemy ships that kill you as soon as they spot you, and lose every 25 or so battles in a row. I made the mistake twice in the 2 months of playing by buying a weekend premium pass; next day, update took 4 to 5 days to download making it impossible to enjoy the purchase. Best part! No refunds on your purchase! It takes forever to upgrade ship modules and purchase higher tier ships due to being sunk within the first minute of battle... that's if your game doesn't lock you up in map or keep you in the line-up screen. Tech/ Customer Support is even worse! Come up with every excuse how its your fault, not theirs. All this nonsense just to enjoy the graphics... not worth it!
